Design and implementation of thermotechnical installations on the reconstruction of the steam boiler room in the Yumco textile factory in Vranje. Cascade of three steam boilers with a total capacity of 25 t/h. Complete Bosch steam plant including feed tank with degasser and condensate return tank.
The energy efficiency of this boiler plant is based on the degree of usefulness of the boilers themselves, as well as on the use of flue gas temperature through integrated economizers.
The boilers are equipped with Weishaupt burners for operation with natural gas and liquid petroleum gas. Management of the operation of the boilers and the feed water system through Bosch SCO.
For the needs of this project, our company designed and manufactured a steam distributor with thirteen connections, which was then officially certified by the Welding Institute, Belgrade. In cooperation with the company ATA inženjering from Čačak, complete electrical works were designed and executed.
